PetGentle - Very Bad Service
Ordered on Nov 1,2018 and called Nov 30, 2018 as I hadn't gotten a tracking #. Ist lady said it had been delivered.
I told her no it hadn't. She checked and said I needed to check with Post Office. Still no tracking # then she left me on hold and came back and told me it hadn't been delivered. Still no tracking #.
Waited a few more days and got a run around. Put complaint in with my bank, Called back on Dec 12, 2018 and talked to Trish. I told her I was tired of the excuses. If I had received it and didn't like it I would have returned it for a refund of my $42.90.
At this point I asked if this was a US company. She told me they had a warehouse in Idaho or Iowa. At this point I was so angry I just told her I was going thru my bank and this was a scam!!!
Don't even try and purchase one of these. Very UNHAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $43.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
PetGentle Cons: Never received.
