Very unhappy with paying for item at $49 and invoiced for 2 items.
I ordered an item advertised $49.00. At end of purchase, you had taken out $149.
+. I have been invoiced for 2 item and insurance and shipping. Have been unable to contact this company do not deal with this company and read reviews before you buy.
I wish that I done that. I wouldn't be $150 short.judy

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. I was charged for shipping and handling for two items even though I had purchased one. Consult Pissed Consumer and the BBB before purchasing a product that is advertised on YouTube.
I know I purchased only one Pet Gentle product, knowing that you are pushing more than one of which I opted out. However, only after the purchase was confirmed was I notified that two products costing twice the original price quoted were ordered.
Come on, guys, you are more than a bit short in the ethics department. Please correct the mistake.

I planned to order 1 but somehow, through the site, I ordered 2. I remember very specifically choosing one. The price for the second product was almost double.

I ordered one device at the price of 3995. My bank informs me that there was an attempt to bill my card at $61 by this company.
Appalled that the advert indicates that it is acceptable to ditch a dog for minor misbehaviour so that your mother can move in.
This advert should be banned . It indicates that dogs are disposable.
Ditching a dog so that your mother can stay is obscene, like people who throw the family pet out when they start a family , or move into a house where pets arent allowed.
The advert condones unfit owners. It should be banned.

I wanted to order one petgentle product but when i checked out you charged me for 3 at a total of $112.09 +$5.34+$15.89 giving a total of $133.32 that came out of my bank account. I want this money, all of it refunded immediately.
I did not want or need three.
Now i dont want any because of the way you have scammed me. People like your company give small businesses a sorry name.
Please do not send out and cancel order and refund my money.

Impossible d'avoir au phone cette entreprise malgré de nombreuses tentatives. Le colis a été retourné à l'expéditeur, mais aucune réaction de sa part. Le remboursement n'a pas non plus été effectué.
Lorsque le facteur s'est présenté à mon domicile pour la livraison de ma commande réglée par PayPal le 10/08/23, me réclamait le montant de la livraison.Or, lors de la commande aucun montant de livraison était indiqué. J'ai donc refusé la livraison pour ce motif.
je souhaite recevoir le remboursement de ma commande d'un montant de 42.35.
De plus, j'ai constaté un prélèvement automatique de votre part sur PayPal non autorisé de ma part et j'ai fait opposition.
Cette méthode est inacceptable. Sans réponse de votre part sous 24h, je me verrai dans l'obligation de transmettre le dossier au contentieux de PayPal.

We bought two petgentle remotes. One seems to work fine but the second turns on the flashlight part but nothing else.
The dog doesn't respond in any way shape or form and the red light does not come on either. Also there were no instructions with it and the battery was already installed. When I finally PERMITTED to phone the company (it was quite a process) I was on hold for 1/2 hour it was no after 5 pm and i wondered if they might have closed. I finally hung up.
Sad sad sad sad. purchasing on line is always a risk.
I am now trying to only purchase things online that have brick and morter stores preferably one near me. I will say many people complain about Amazon, but atleast through amazon someone would have helped me.
