Need to return product. When I called your "return" number - (415) 639-****, a robot referred me to a website which is customer support for about 78,000 companies. I need to return Pet Gentle because dog totally freaked out and hid for over 24 hours. Just showing him the product (after having used it) drove him crazy. I cannot do that to our dog again.

Where can I return product to get a refund? Also, I bought a battery for an extra $7.00 which I do not need. I would like a refund for the battery as well.

Please get back to me with all the details. I think you should provide a prepaid label as the device does not work as promised.

I ordered the device on June 8, 2018 and as explained, tried it out on the dog (a Yorkie by the way). As I mentioned before, the dog ran terrified from it.

I had the same result. Totally shut my Pom down.

She hid in the library and wouldn't even come out for her favorite treats. Took days to get her to not react to anything remotely similar to the box. I want my money back! I would never use it on her again!

:( Will use tracking with my return to prove it was received as I, like everyone else, did not keep the original packaging.

Very disappointed! :( I will contact BBB if refund isn't sent in a timely manner.

I ordered the bark item and spinned the wheel and got $l0.00 off and it did not show on my order.
