DiscoverCard was advised of this possible scam and investigated. I won the dispute and all my money was refunded. DiscoverCard comes through one more time!

Retailer won't respond to refund request for defective device or scam.

I've tried to contact PetGentle to work out a resolution and refund but the phone message continuously says "No agent available at this time please call back".
This device doesn't and hasn't worked. We've tried everything as stated on the instructions but the dogs don't even give a hint of it working.
In November 2018 we paid about $34 for this non-working device and are now requesting a full refund to be credited to our DiscoverCard.
Product or Service Mentioned: Petgentle Ultrasonic Pet Trainer.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
