Over six months i ordered two petgentle units.sent them back to the USA.They were a piece have of shit.still have not heard a thing.down over $100 bucks.Pissed off.

Poor Customer Service

I was charged for expedited processing, which I did not request. They would not refund so I requested to return the item and the customer service rep began to argue with me about the expedited processing and me returning the item. I know I did not request this service. It arrived to 10 days later after purchase date and was charged tax. The representatives tone was very stern and rude and not the type youd hope for with customer service. I had to tell them I was not going to argue to get them to stop. Its unfortunate, the item may have been a positive experience, but I refuse to support a company that steals my money.

My Husband foolishly bought Two of these little pieces of crap. I knew it was not going to work.

The year before I bought Sonic collars for the Dogs. It does not work. I haven't even tried to get the money back.

I figure foolish once stupid you, foolish twice, Stupid Me. My Dogs actually bark worse than before.

I ordered a Pet Gentle, expedited shipping and free glasses 2 days ago. I immediately emailed them to CANCEL my order. They emailed me today that they have CANCELLED it and will issue me a COMPLETE REFUND. So I am quite SATISFIED with the company.

So, I have a cute little Maltese name Miko. As cute as he is, the older he gets, the more emboldened he becomes with his barking out-of-control.

I bought the Pet Gentle thinking this would deter his barking and other unwanted behaviors. Mind you, his barking subsides when we ignore him. But, I figured the Pet Gentle would minimize it even further. My smallest complaint is that it took almost 2 weeks for shipping.

My biggest complaint is that this device did the opposite of the claims. It caused my Miko to bark through the sound even more than he was when we ignored him until I gave up pushing the button--total waste of energy and time. He was afraid of it but not enough to comply or associate correctly. Soooooo, my next option is the shock collar (I ordered that today.) Buyer beware.

Pet Gentle is a total *** scam. And from what I am reading from people having difficulty getting their money back, I'm probably not even going to subject myself to that process at all.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PRODUCT! Will NOT be buying anything else from that company ever again!

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Thank you to all the customers who were not satisfied (and there is a ton of them) and took the time to warn us against purchasing from this company.

Hopefully scam artists like this will be put out of business from people like you who give honest reviews. I will now check to see what other products they offer so I will be sure not to purchase any of these either. I guess if enough people jump on the bandwagon before so many negative reviews are posted, the company can make a ton of money before we are on to them.

Shame on them. Disgusting how dishonest some people are.

Customer service is pathetic, and is there any wonder that there are so many complaints about this company and their product. Support email is answered but seemingly not acted on to provide any support at all. Just a complete waste of time.

I ordered this Petgentle online.. I fell for ALL the hype! I paid $49.21 for one. It never worked even after replacing the battery. When I called the phone number I was told to wait and then got hung up on twice. I tried online chat. I was sent to an answer web site that wanted my credit card first! What makes it worse I could have purchased this at Walmart on line for $12.99.

Dissatisfied with shipping and lack of battery

Paid for expedited shipping, took 10 days to receive. Emailed company support (address was provided in order confirmation email) on day 8, requested refund of expedited shipping since not received. Company response was package was in transit and allow more time. Also when ordering information said 9 volt battery was included which it wasn't. Unsure of effectiveness at this point since I now need to go buy a battery. Hopefully the product isn't as disappointing as the "expedited shipping" and lack of battery.

Well, they couldn't "take the money from my credit card" as you say because that's not how a credit card works. A debit card works in such a dangerous way.

When using a credit card to buy something, your card account is charged for that amount and then you have to either pay the card's balance due at the end of the month or make the minimum payment which starts your paying very high interest rates on the unpaid balance(s) until you pay it off totally. So, what kind of card did you actually use?
